What happens when I join the waiting list for an activity?

What happens when I am on the waiting list for an activity?

- You are NOT registered for the activity, but in a waiting position if someone cancels


- Only possible when your coach has decided that you can sign up on the waiting list when the maximum number of participants and the activity are fully booked


- If you are number 1 on the waiting list, you are automatically signed up/when a member already signed up cancels


- If you are number 5 on the waiting list, you will be automatically signed up if/when 5 already signed up members unregister


- You will automatically receive an email that you have registered for the activity as soon as you have been registered

Go to Calendar

  1. Press  or   at the bottom of the screen
  2. Find the specific activity and press the orange Waiting list button

Example: 10 out of 10 are registered for the activity and you can therefore NOT register but you can only press the Waiting List button


You will now see an hourglass icon, signalling that you are on the waiting list for the activity.


Example: you are now on the waiting list. Unregister by pressing on the arrow


When/if there are cancellations and you are thus automatically registered, you will immediately receive an e-mail to this effect.

You will now be listed as Registered on the activity in SportMember.



Go to Calendar

  2. Click on Calendar on the left
  3. Find the specific activity and click on the orange Waiting list button

When/if there are cancellations, and you are thus automatically registered, you will immediately receive an email to this effect.
